Grats, you got an awesome neat looking skyrim that still looks like skyrim. Then of course, some essentials like True Storms, and Better Dynamic Snow. There are loads of good argonian and khajiit retextures, like "Masculine Argonian/Khajiit textures".
Oh, there is also a mod literally called "Beards" that might interest you, and another called "LH's HD Face Scars" thats worth an install. Grats, humans now look great and dont look like pinups or anime characters.
